Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Matthew Murray ("we", "us"), the publisher of the Tediro Flow mobile app (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store or Google Play, that store's own terms also apply. Where they conflict with these Terms on matters controlled by the store, the store's terms take priority.
What the App does
Tediro Flow lets you add products, record what each costs in different shops, compare those prices at a glance and set a target price. The App can notify you when a price you've logged reaches your target.
The App is a personal note-keeping and comparison tool. It doesn't sell goods, contact shops or fetch prices from the internet.
Your licence to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use and in line with these Terms and the applicable app store rules.
You may not copy, modify, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or decompile the App, except where the law expressly allows it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for anything unlawful;
- try to interfere with, damage or bypass the App's security or functions;
- use the App to build a competing product or scrape its design or content;
- present prices recorded in the App as official prices published by any shop.
Your data stays yours
Everything you enter (products, stores, prices, targets) is stored on your device. You own it, and you're responsible for it, including keeping backups. We don't host a copy, so we can't restore data lost when a device is reset, lost or the App is deleted.

Prices, comparisons and alerts
Comparisons and "cheapest" results are worked out only from the prices you enter. They're only as accurate and current as that information. Shop prices change, promotions end and pack sizes vary. Always check the price at the shop before you buy.
Target-price alerts depend on your device's notification settings, battery-saving modes and operating system. We don't guarantee an alert will arrive, or arrive on time.
Purchases and refunds
If the App or any feature inside it is offered for a fee, payment is handled by the app store you use, at the price shown there at the time. Refunds are handled by that store under its own policies. We can't issue refunds directly.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have by law.
Ownership
The App, including its code, design, name, logo and text, belongs to Matthew Murray and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms give you no rights in our trademarks. Shop names you type into the App belong to their respective owners, and using them doesn't imply any endorsement or affiliation.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the App will be error-free, uninterrupted or that it will always help you find the lowest price.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. This includes paying more than a price you expected, missed deals, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, or 10 USD if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits. Where that's the case, they apply only as far as the law allows.
Ending use and changes
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if you seriously breach these Terms. We may also update, change or stop offering the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the publisher is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply to you. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
